1. General Policy
All payments made for private online tuition sessions are considered final. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Session Cancellation by Student

• Students may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without any charges. And the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

3. Session Cancellation by Tutor
If a tutor cancels a scheduled session, students may choose between:

• A full refund for the cancelled session, or

• A free rescheduled session at a convenient time.

4. Technical Issues

• If a session is disrupted due to technical issues from the tutor’s side, a full refund or rescheduled session will be provided.

• If issues arise from the student’s side (internet, device, power, etc.), the session will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at the tutor’s discretion.

5. No-Show Policy
If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
